Glonghui May 26 丨 CITIC Metal (601061cryptogamesoniphone.SH) announced that the company plans to reduce its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada within 12 months from the date of review and approval at the shareholders 'meetingcryptogamesoniphoneIvanhoe Mining Co., Ltd.(known as "Ivanhoe") does not exceed 2,539cryptogamesoniphone.04 million shares, accounting for approximately 2% of Ivanhoe's total share capital (the specific proportion is subject to the actual reduction, and the reduction and disclosure of relevant shares must also comply with Canadian securities laws).

As of April 30, 2024, CITIC Metal held 315 million Ivanhoe shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Metal Africa Investment Co., Ltd., accounting for approximately 24.78% of its total share capital. The corresponding market value of Ivanhoe shares held by CITIC Metal is approximately RMB 30.7 billion (calculated based on Ivanhoe's share price on April 30, 2024).
