Gelonghui May 16 丨LET Group(01383crashofthetitansps3.HK) announced that on May 16, 2024, the company owns 51%crashofthetitansps3Suntrust, a subsidiary of, and Gomeco Metal Corporation, the contractor, entered into (i) the supply agreements, pursuant to which, pursuant to Supply Agreement I and Supply Agreement II, Suntrust appointed the contractor as the contractor to undertake the supply work at Project Location I and Location II/Project, with contract amounts of 1crashofthetitansps3.27 billion pesos and 634.439 billion pesoscrashofthetitansps3; and (ii) the installation agreements, pursuant to which, pursuant to Installation Agreement I and Installation Agreement II, Suntrust appointed a contractor as a contractor to undertake the installation work at Project Site I and Site II, with a contract amount of 3.779 million pesos and 2.9099 million pesos respectively.
