According to the EPC contract, the consortium will provide EPC services to Jingqiao to build the EPC project. The contract price under the EPC contract is about RMB 6.Topmobilecryptogames.77 billion yuan (including tax).

The subject matter is that the consortium unit agrees to provide EPC services to Jingqiao as an EPC contractor for the construction of the EPC project. EPC services under the EPC contract include, among other things, all survey, design, equipment and material procurement, construction, installation, testing and acceptance work within the scope of the EPC project.

The consortium unit is composed of Shanxi Electric Power Construction (as the leader of the consortium unit) and Hunan Electric Power Design Institute (as a member of the consortium unit). The EPC project is a photovoltaic project located in Chongqing, China, with a total planned capacity of 150MW.

The announcement said that after considering the development of the photovoltaic industry in China and the expected return on investment, the company is optimistic about the prospect of the industry in the foreseeable future.
