Gelonghui May 24| CITIC Securities issued an announcement stating that Yang Minghui applied to resign from his positions as general manager of CITIC Securities due to retirement at the age of age. During the vacancy period of general manager of CITIC Securities, Mr. Zhang Youjun, executive director and chairman, performed the duties of general manager of the company on his behalf.

Later, Yang Minghui successively served as executive vice president of CITIC Holdings, chairman of Xincheng Fund, and executive director and president of China Construction Bank Investment Securities (later acquired by China International Capital Corporation). From October 2013 to September 2023, Yang Minghui also served as chairman of China Asset Management Fund.

On January 19, 2016, Yang Minghui was appointed as a director of CITIC Securities and served as general manager from June 27 of the same year. In one month, Yang Minghui will have served as general manager of CITIC Securities for eight years.
