Gronghui May 24 丨 Yum China (09987houseofthedeadarcade.HK) issued an announcementhouseofthedeadarcade, on May 23, 2024 (the "Effective Date"), Ms. Zhang Ling and Ms. Huang Hui were appointed as joint company secretaries of the Company, replacing Ms. Liu Pingping and Ms. Deng Jingxian.

Ms. Deng has also ceased to serve as an authorized representative of the company and will take effect from the effective date. Ms. Zhang has taken over from Ms. Deng as the authorized representative of the company, effective from the same day. Mr. Yuan Yaozong no longer serves as an agent for legal process documents and will take effect from the effective date. Ms. Huang has taken over from Mr. Yuan as the company's legal process agent, effective from the same day.
