Gelonghui May 13 丨 Huiliang Technology (01860asiangamesvietnam.HK) announced that in connection with the acquisition of the entire equity interest of Beijing Thermal Cloud Technology, the two parties entered into a settlement agreement on May 10, 2024, pursuant to which Party B agreed to pay, among others, a settlement amount totaling approximately US$23.51 million to Party A to comprehensively and finally resolve the arbitration award and related enforcement procedures.
