Dear guests, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this important meeting. Hangzhou is a very beautiful city. I especially want to thank you all for coming all the way to attend this meeting to discuss these very important topics. Thank you, thank you very much! This is my heartfelt thanks.

Eighty years ago, the Bretton Woods Agreement was signed at an international conference held after World War II. In the past 80 years, the Bretton Woods system has experienced many challenges, ups and downs, witnessing the strong recovery of the global economy, economic globalization, etc. Emerging market countries have made an increasing contribution to the global economy. The Bretton Woods system has laid the foundation. The status of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

We know that confidence is more important than gold. In the past 80 years, we have experienced many economic crises. Today, the world is once again facing the challenge of a "crossroads".
