Zhonghuan New Energy announced last night that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Zhonghuan Low Carbon and Sunshine New Energy signed a cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, it plans to strengthen the strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties, expand the scale of cooperation, enrich cooperation content and innovate cooperation mechanisms.

Sunshine New Energy will work closely with Central Low Carbon to develop projects of no less than 500,000 kilowatts in areas such as Huainan City and Tongcheng City. The two sides have agreed to focus on the planning and layout of the national new energy base, focus on Huainan City and Tongcheng City, strengthen base project cooperation on industrial implementation, equipment manufacturing and resource development, strive for millions of kilowatts of project resources, and expand the base's competitive advantage and scale proportion.

In addition, the two parties will jointly build a photovoltaic innovation laboratory and jointly develop new high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and modules, and relevant results will be shared by both parties.
