The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the night of the 25th to the 27th, some areas in southeastern Sichuan, southern Chongqing, northern and eastern Guizhou, central and southern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, western and northern Fujian, eastern and southern Guangxi, and most of Guangdong will have Heavy rain and local heavy rain, with cumulative rainfall of 50 - 80 mm and local rainfall of 100 - 180 mm; The above-mentioned areas are accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 50 - 90 mm) and local thunderstorms and strong winds.

Meteorologists warned that due to the impact of heavy rainfall, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangxi, Guangdong and other local areas are at risk of heavy rain disasters, which may induce secondary disasters such as geological disasters, flash floods, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, and urban waterlogging.
