Gelonghui May 17 丨 Jiayuan Service (01153crashbandicootremasteredcollection.HK) Announcementcrashbandicootremasteredcollection, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated May 13, 2024, containing the following further additional guidance regarding the resumption of trading in the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange:

Demonstrate that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns about the integrity, ability and/or character of Group management and/or any person who has significant influence on the management and operations of the company, as this may pose risks to investors and damage market confidence. Companies must comply with all resumption guidelines, correct the matters that caused the suspension of trading, and fully comply with the Listing Rules to the satisfaction of the Stock Exchange before trading in their shares is allowed to resume.

To this end, the company has the primary responsibility for formulating its resumption plan. Although the Company may seek guidance from the Stock Exchange on the resumption plan, its resumption plan does not require prior approval from the Stock Exchange. To assist the company, the Stock Exchange has formulated resumption guidelines. If the company's circumstances change, the Stock Exchange may revise or supplement the resumption guidelines.
