Huang Renxun's total salary in fiscal year 2024 was $34.2 million, according to the latest documents released Tuesday afternoon. Although his base salary remained relatively stable at just under $1 million, his total salary rose sharply.

Stock awards were an important factor in Huang Renxun's salary rise in fiscal 2024. Nvidia shares rose about 200 per cent in the 2024 fiscal year to January.
